SEC 416. AMENDMENTS RELATED TO SECTION 432 OF THE 1987 ACT. (a) Section 5.15(a)(2)(A) is amended by striking out “such assessment” and inserting in lieu thereof “the assessment described in paragraph (1)(B)”. (b) Section 5.15(a)(2)(C) is amended by striking out “specified” and inserting in lieu thereof “described”. (c) Section 5.19(a) is amended by striking out “5” and inserting in lieu thereof “three”.
