SEC. 104. AMENDMENTS RELATED TO SECTION 108 OF THE 1987 ACT. (a) Section 4.36(b)(2) is amended by striking out “15” and inserting in lieu thereof “30”. (b) Section 4.36(b)(3) is amended by striking out “30” and inserting in lieu thereof “15”. (c) Section 4.36(g) is amended by striking out “former borrower” and inserting in lieu thereof “previous owner”.
