SEC. 702. AMENDMENTS RELATED TO SECTION 805 OF THE 1987 ACT. (a) Section 1.15(12) is amended by inserting “by” before “the association”. (b) Subsections (q), (s), and (x) of section 805 of the 1987 Act are hereby repealed, and sections 4.3(c), 4.14, and 5.11 shall be applied and administered as if such subsections had not been enacted. (c) Title IV is amended by redesignating parts G and H as parts F and G, respectively. (d) Section 5.28(e) is amended by striking out “(d)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(c)”. (e) Section 5.29(b) is amended by striking out “may” the second place it appears.
