Department of Education school improvement programs In addition to amounts otherwise appropriated in this Act, $11,100,000, to be derived from the Violent Crime Reduction Trust Fund, for carrying out the Family and Community Endeavor Schools Act. This Act may be cited as the “Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1995”.
