Operation And Maintenance, Army Reserve For expenses, not otherwise provided for, necessary for the operation and maintenance, including training, organization, and administration, of the Army Reserve; repair of facilities and equipment; hire of passenger motor vehicles; travel and transportation; care of the dead; recruiting; procurement of services, supplies, and equipment; and communications; $1,243,209,000: Provided, That the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, shall, not later than October 15, 1994, transmit, in unclassified and classified forms, the Rand Corporation Study, published on or about December 1993, on The United States Role in Possible Middle East Peace Settlements to the congressional defense, intelligence and foreign affairs committees.
