SEC. 313. LIMITATION ON OBLIGATIONS AGAINST THE CAPITAL ASSET FUND. The Secretary of Defense may not incur obligations against funds in the capital asset subaccount of the Defense Business Operations Fund during fiscal year 1995 in a total amount in excess of $1,440,000,000.
