SEC. 329. STUDY OF ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING CENTER. (a) Study.— The Secretary of the Army shall carry out a study of the feasibility and advisability of establishing a center for the land management activities and land management training activities of the Department of Defense. (b) Report.— Not later than May 1, 1996, the Secretary shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the study required under subsection (a). If the Secretary concludes as a result of the study that establishing the center is feasible and advisable, the report shall include a statement of the Secretary’s recommendations for the location of the center and the specific activities to be conducted at the center.
