REVIEW OF COST GROWTH IN CONTRACTS TO PERFORM DEPOT-LEVEL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR.

SEC. 334. REVIEW OF COST GROWTH IN CONTRACTS TO PERFORM DEPOT-LEVEL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. (a) Review.— The Secretary of Defense shall carry out a review of a representative sample of existing contracts entered into by the Department of Defense for the performance of depot-level maintenance and repair to determine the extent to which the costs incurred by a contractor under any such contract have exceeded the cost of the contract at the time the contract was entered into. (b) Report.— Not later than May 1, 1995, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report containing the results of the review carried out under subsection (a).
