SEC. 387. PROCUREMENT OF PORTABLE VENTILATORS FOR THE DEFENSE MEDICAL FACILITY OFFICE, FORT DETRICK, MARYLAND. Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by section 301(5), $2,500,000 shall be available for the procurement of portable ventilators for the Defense Medical Facility Office, Fort Detrick, Maryland.
