SEC. 253. LANSCE/LAMPF UPGRADES. Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by section 201(1), $20,000,000 shall be available to complete the Los Alamos Neutron Scattering Center/Los Alamos Meson Physics Facility upgrades at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico.
