SEC. 413. DELAY IN INCREASE IN NUMBER OF ACTIVE COMPONENT MEMBERS TO BE ASSIGNED FOR TRAINING COMPATIBILITY WITH GUARD UNITS. Section 414(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1992 and 1993 (10 U.S.C. 261 note) is amended by striking out “September 30, 1994” and inserting in lieu thereof “September 30, 1996”.
