SEC. 901. ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF DEFENSE. (a) Establishment of Position.— Section 138(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “ten” and inserting in lieu thereof “eleven”. (b) Executive Level IV.— Section 5315 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking out “Assistant Secretaries of Defense (10).” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “Assistant Secretaries of Defense (11).”.
