SEC. 116. BUNKER DEFEAT MUNITION ACQUISITION PROGRAM. The Secretary of the Army, in acquiring munitions under the bunker defeat munition weapons acquisition program— (1) may acquire only those munitions that are designated as “type classified, limited procurement for contingency operations”; and (2) may not acquire more than 6,000 such munitions.
