SEC. 121. NUCLEAR AIRCRAFT CARRIER PROGRAM. (a) Transfer of Fiscal Year1994 Funds.— There is hereby authorized to be transferred to the Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy, appropriation account for fiscal year 1995 the amount of $1,200,000,000, to be derived from the National Defense Sealift Fund. (b) Availability for CVN–76.— Funds transferred pursuant to the authorization in subsection (a) shall be available for the CVN–76 nuclear aircraft carrier program.
