SEC. 125. INCLUSION OF CONVERSION OF VESSELS IN FAST SEALIFT PROGRAM. Section 1424 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (10 U.S.C. 7291 note) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by inserting “, or conversion and operation,” after “construction and operation”; and (2) in subsection (b)— (A) by inserting “or converted” after “constructed” each place it appears; and (B) by inserting “or conversion” after “Construction” in paragraph (3).
