SEC. 621. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PREPARATION OF TRANSPORTATION MILEAGE TABLES. Section 404(d)(1)(A) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking out “the Secretary of the Army” and inserting in lieu thereof “the Secretary of Defense”.
