SEC. 515. REPEAL OF OBSOLETE PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO TRANSFER OF RETIRED REGULAR ENLISTED MEMBERS TO RESERVE COMPONENTS. (a) Army.— Section 3914 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out the second and third sentences. (b) Air Force.— Section 8914 of such title is amended by striking out the second and third sentences.
