SEC. 1013. REPORT ON STATUS OF DEFENSE RANDOM DRUG TESTING PROGRAM. Not later than six months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report describing the policy and procedures under which the Armed Forces conduct random drug testing of members of the Armed Forces, the frequency of such testing, and the number of members annually required to submit to such testing. The report shall describe any changes that were made to such policy or proce-108 STAT. 2838dures, or to the frequency of such testing, during the one-year period ending on the date of the enactment of this Act.
