SEC. 1034. INFORMATION CONCERNING UNACCOUNTED FOR UNITED STATES PERSONNEL OF THE VIETNAM CONFLICT. (a) Requirement.— Not later than 45 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report containing the information specified in subsection (b) pertaining to United States personnel involved in the Vietnam conflict who remain not accounted for. (b) Required Information.— The information to be provided in the report under subsection (a) is as follows: (1) A complete listing by name of all such personnel about whom it is possible that officials of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam can produce additional information or remains that could lead to the maximum possible accounting for those personnel, as determined on the basis of all information available to the United States Government. (2) A complete listing by name of all such personnel about whom it is possible that officials of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic can produce additional information or remains that could lead to the maximum possible accounting for those personnel, as determined on the basis of all information available to the United States Government.
