SEC. 1073. SENSE OF CONGRESS CONCERNING VISAS FOR HIGH-LEVEL OFFICIALS OF TAIWAN. It is the sense of Congress that no visa should be denied for a high-level official of Taiwan to enter the United States unless the official is otherwise excludable under the immigration laws of the United States.
