SEC. 2105. AUTHORIZATION OF MILITARY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT FORT BRAGG, NORTH CAROLINA, FOR WHICH FUNDS HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATED. Using amounts previously appropriated for such purpose, the Secretary of the Army may carry out a military construction project for the construction of a library at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, in the total amount of $5,500,000.
