SEC. 2855. ENGINEERING, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, AND RELATED SERVICES FOR WOMEN IN MILITARY SERVICE FOR AMERICA MEMORIAL. The Secretary of the Army is authorized, upon request by the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation, Inc., to provide engineering, design, construction management, and related services, directly or by contract, to the Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation, Inc., on a reimbursable basis, for the purpose of repair, restoration, and preservation of the main gate structures, center plaza, and hemicycle of the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia, and the construction of the Women in Military Service for America Memorial.
