SEC. 3401. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated $129,658,000 for fiscal year 1995 for the purpose of carrying out title VI of The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, as added by section 3411.
