SEC. 117. REPORT ON IMPROVING DISSEMINATION OF CROP INSURANCE INFORMATION. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act and at the end of each of the 2 1-year periods thereafter, the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation shall submit a report to Congress containing a plan to implement a sound program for producer education regaining the crop insurance program and for the dissemination of crop insurance information to producers, as required by section 508(a)(5) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (as amended by section 106).
