SEC. 3007. REPEAL OF REQUIREMENT FOR COMPETITIVE ALTER-NATIVE SOURCES FOR MAJOR PROGRAMS. (a) Repeal.— Section 2439 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.— The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 144 of such title is amended by striking out the item relating to section 2439.
