SEC. 3024. REPEAL OF REQUIREMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF VESSELS ON PACIFIC COAST. (a) Repeal.— Section 7302 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.— The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 633 of such title is amended by striking out the item relating to section 7302.
