SEC. 4003. ESTABLISHMENT OF SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD FOR CIVILIAN AGENCIES. Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 is amended by inserting after section 302 the following new section: “SEC. 302A. SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD. “(a) Simplified Acquisition Threshold.— For purposes of acquisitions by executive agencies, the simplified acquisition threshold is as specified in section 4(11) of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act.”.
