SEC. 1051. REFERENCES TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. Section 303 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41 U.S.C. 253) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1)(A), by striking out “modifications” and all that follows through “of 1984” and inserting in lieu thereof “Federal Acquisition Regulation”; and (2) in subsection (g)(1), by striking out “regulations modified” and all that follows through “of 1984,” and inserting in lieu thereof “Federal Acquisition Regulation”.
