SEC. 2002. REPEAL OF VOUCHERING PROCEDURES SECTION. (a) Repeal.— Section 2355 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.— The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 139 of such title is amended by striking out the item relating to section 2355.
