REVOCATION OF DELEGATIONS OF PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY.

SEC. 1431. REVOCATION OF DELEGATIONS OF PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY. Section 111(b)(3) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 759(b)(3)) is amended by inserting before the period at the end of the third sentence the following: “, including the authority to revoke a delegation of authority with respect to a particular contract after award of the contract, except that the Administrator may revoke a delegation of authority after the contract is awarded only when there is a finding of a violation of law or regulation in connection with the contract award.”.
