SEC. 1501. REPEAL OF POLICY STATEMENT. (a) Repeal.— Section 2301 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.— The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 137 of such title is amended by striking out the item relating to section 2301.
