SEC. 1507. REGULATIONS FOR BIDS. Section 2381(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “(a) The Secretary” and all that follows through the end of paragraph (1) and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “(a) The Secretary of Defense may— “(1) prescribe regulations for the preparation, submission, and opening of bids for contracts; and”.
