SEC. 2453. REPEAL OF OBSOLETE DEADLINE REGARDING PROCEDURAL REGULATIONS FOR THE COST ACCOUNTING STANDARDS BOARD. Section 26(f)(3) of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 422(f)(3)) is amended in the first sentence by striking out “Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this section, the Administrator” and inserting in lieu thereof “The Administrator”.
