SEC. 8202. DEFINITIONS. Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41 U.S.C. 251 et seq.), as amended by section 8201, is further amended by adding after section 314 the following new section: “SEC. 314A. DEFINITIONS. “As used in this title, the terms ‘commercial item’, ‘nondevelopmental item’, ‘component’, and ‘commercial component’ have the meanings provided m section 4 of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act.”.
