SEC. 7101. REPEAL OF CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS. (a) Set-Aside Priority.— Section 15 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 644) is amended by striking out subsections (e) and (f). (b) Certificate of Competence.— Section 804 of Public Law 102–484 (106 Stat. 2447; 10 U.S.C. 2305 note) is repealed.
