SEC. 7103. EXTENSION OF TEST PROGRAM FOR NEGOTIATION OF COMPREHENSIVE SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING PLANS. Section 834(e) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (Public Law 101–189; 15 U.S.C. 637 108 STAT. 3369note) is amended by striking out “September 30, 1994.” in the second sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “September 30, 1998.”.
