SEC. 6001. POST-EMPLOYMENT RULES. (a) Repeal.— (1) Section 801 of title 37, United States Code, is repealed. (2) The table of sections for chapter 15 of title 37, United States Code, is amended by striking out the item relating to section 801. (b) Suspension of Effect of Certain Provision of Law.— Section 281 of title 18, United States Code, shall not be effective during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending at the end of December 31, 1996. Such section shall not apply after that date to any relationship otherwise punishable under such section that existed during such period.
