SEC. 6004. INTERESTS OF MEMBERS OF CONGRESS. Section 3741 of the Revised Statutes (41 U.S.C. 22) is amended to read as follows: “No member of Congress hall be admitted to any share or part of any contract or agreement made, entered into, or accepted by or on behalf of the United States, or to any benefit to arise thereupon.”.
