REVIEW OF ACQUISITION PROGRAM CYCLE.

SEC. 5002. REVIEW OF ACQUISITION PROGRAM CYCLE. (a) Review.— The Secretary of Defense shall review the regulations of the Department of Defense to ensure that acquisition program cycle procedures are focused on achieving the goals that are consistent with the program baseline description established pursuant to section 2435 of title 10, United States Code. (b) Repeals.— Sections 835 and 836 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1994 (Public Law 103–160; 107 Stat. 1717) are hereby repealed.
