SEC. 331. REPEAL OF IMPACT AID STATUTES. (a) Public Law 81–815.— The Act entitled “An Act relating to the construction of school facilities in areas affected by Federal activities, and for other purposes”, approved September 23, 1950 (64 Stat. 967; 20 U.S.C. 631 et seq.) is repealed. (b) Public Law 81–874.— The Act entitled “An Act to provide assistance for local educational agencies in areas affected by Federal activities, and for other purposes”, approved September 30, 1950 (64 Stat. 1100; 20 U.S.C. 236 et seq.) is repealed.
