SEC. 244. PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT AND DISSEMINATION. The matter preceding paragraph (1) of section 434 of the Act (as redesignated by section 212(b)(1) (20 U.S.C. 123 Id) is amended— (1) in the first sentence— (A) by striking “Commissioner” and inserting “Secretary”; and (B) by striking “he” and inserting “the Secretary”; and (2) in the second sentence by inserting “is made” after “such determination”.
