SEC. 518. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) There are authorized to be appropriated for the Program $700,000 for fiscal year 1995, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the four succeeding fiscal years. 108 STAT. 4045 (b) WERC Program.—There are authorized to be appropriated for the WERC program under section 517 such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1995 and each of the four succeeding fiscal years.
