SEC. 105. EXEMPTIONS FOR CERTAIN COUNTRIES. Paragraph (2) of the second undesignated paragraph of section 231 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2191) is amended by inserting after “Recovery Act (19 U.S.C. 2702)” the following: “, Ireland, and Northern Ireland”.
