SEC. 203. PERFECTION OF PURCHASE-MONEY SECURITY INTEREST. Section 547 of title 11, United States Code, is amended— 108 STAT. 4122 (1) in subsection (c)(3)(B) by striking “10” and inserting “20”, and (2) in subsection (e)(2)(A) by inserting “, except as provided in subsection (c)(3)(B)” before the semicolon at the end.
