SEC. 305. HANDICAPPED WORKSHOP PARTICIPATION IN SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE CONTRACTS. Section 15(c) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 644(c)) is amended— (1) by amending paragraph (2)(A) to read as follows: “(2) (A) During fiscal year 1995, public or private organizations for the handicapped shall be eligible to participate in programs 108 STAT. 4190authorized under this section in an aggregate amount not to exceed $40,000,000”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(7) Agencies awarding one or more contracts to such an organization pursuant to the provisions of this subsection may use multiyear contracts, if appropriate.”.
