SEC. 202. ELIGIBILITY OF NATIVE AMERICAN TRIBAL GOVERNMENTS TO BE MICROLOAN INTERMEDIARIES. Section 7(m)(11)(A) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(m)(ll)(A)) is amended— 108 STAT. 4181 (1) in clause (iii), by striking “or” at the end; (2) in clause (iv), by striking the comma at the end and inserting “;or”; and (3) by adding at the end the following new clause: “(v) an agency of or nonprofit entity established by a Native American Tribal Government,”
