SEC. 401. SUNSET ON COSPONSORED TRAINING. (a) In General.— (1) Repeal.—The amendments made by section 5(a) of Small Business Computer Security and Education Act of 1984 (15 U.S.C. 633 note) are hereby repealed. (2) Effective date.—Paragraph (1) shall take effect on September 30, 1997. (b) Conforming Amendment.— Section 7(b) of the Small Business Computer Security and Education Act of 1984 (15 U.S.C. 633 note) is amended in the second sentence by striking “and the amendments made to section 8(b)(l)(A) of the Small Business Act by section 5(a)(2) of this Act are” and inserting “is”.
