SEC. 405. CENTRAL EUROPEAN SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. Section 25(i) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 652(i)) is amended by striking “and $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1993 and 1994” and inserting “, $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1993 and 1994, and $1,000,000 for fiscal year 1995”.
