TITLE II AMENDMENTS.
SEC. 103. TITLE II AMENDMENTS. Part D of title II of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act is amended in section 281 (42 U.S.C. 6285), by striking “September 30, 1994” each time it appears and inserting “June 30, 1996”.
