SEC. 2447. TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMENDMENTS. (a) Trade Expansion Act of 1962.—Section 233 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 (19 U.S.C 1864) is amended— (1) by striking out “(a)”; and (2) by striking out subsection (b). (b) Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 1988.—Sections 8124 and 8129 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 1988 (as contained in section 101(d) of Public Law 100–202) are repealed.
